Our team has been creating the best in travel content since 1993, when we formed Meredith Travel and produced our first official travel guide on behalf of a state partner. Since then, we’ve grown into one of the nation’s leading creators of custom content for state tourism offices, CVBs and other DMOs. Our programs span media platforms and best-in-class copy, photography and design.
People Inc. Travel Content offers its partners access to the massive reach of People Inc., one of the industry’s leading media and content companies. But we operate as a boutique agency tapped into those resources, and our partners appreciate our thoughtful customer service on top of the products we produce.

People Inc. Travel Content handles more than $20 million in travel advertising annually, including more than $6 million for state travel guides alone. For every project, we assemble a team of experienced ad professionals to oversee sales, from building sales materials (and relationships) to collecting creative, coordinating production, and processing credit approvals for invoicing. The result: start-to-finish turnkey service.
Our marketing capabilities extend far beyond the finished product. We offer services including polybagging travel guides with leading People Inc. titles, helping out partners reach new customers. We can harness the power of our local broadcast stations, putting a partner’s message into targeted homes, and offer access to People Inc.’s unmatched first-part data and insights.

For all content projects, color correction and image retouching happens within our full-service People Inc. Content Center by industry leaders to ensure that our color standards are met effectively and efficiently. All images are individually evaluated by in-house Quality Analysts, whose focus is to achieve the highest standard of color reproduction possible.
People Inc. digital teams build out, test and support digital content products. For print, each file undergoes a 14-step preflight process to ensure top-quality production on press. A representative from People Inc.’s Quality Team is present during printing. People Inc. Travel Content then coordinates delivery of the completed issues to agreed-upon locations. The result: start-to-finish turnkey service.
